SPACIOUS APARTMENT located conveniently close to the beach and main services in Cala Gonone; situated on the ground floor and furnished in a simple manner, it consists of a living area, kitchen, double bedroom, triple bedroom, hallway with bunk bed and the possibility of an additional double bed, bathroom, and a large veranda furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and pleasant moments of relaxation; easy parking is available near the house. Amenities include TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Given its location in Cala Gonone, the house is ideal for a stay focused on tranquility and peace while still being close to the sea; it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, such as Osalla and Cala Cartoe, as well as for excursions or climbs in the wild inland. For even larger groups, an adjacent second apartment is available, comfortably accommodating another ten people.
